Have discipline
Discipline is the best way to begin and stay on a ketogenic diet. Without discipline, the building blocks that led you to the diet and helped you stay with will fall and it will not be graceful, mind you. If you happen to get out of the circle of discipline that encircles the ketogenic diet and your dues will be paid aggressively by the way of risks that cling to the ketogenic diet.
Be consistent
Ketogenic is good at producing great numbers on the performance scale but that does not mean the results will be overnight. You may like to have patience as it is of the essence here otherwise you will fall off the try you are having at this kind of diet. Consistency in the practice of this diet is paramount to successful completion of it.

Stay motivated
Motivation is another factor in effective completion of this type of diet. One has to sustain one’s motivation levels to the highest bar, so that someone can perhaps be triumphant at this ketogenic diet. Thus, a pep talk in the mirror can do you justice if you want to stay on the motivated path to a ketogenic diet.
