Food like coke or burgers and even sugar. Your body cannot directly rely on fat to burn energy. 
 
Our body either runs on ketones or the glucose, so when you lose the carbs you lose glucose and then your liver starts producing these ketones. Ketones are produced from fats that are stored in your body. When you are on a keto diet, you are constantly burning your own fat.

Protein is an essential building block of your body, so it should not be a candidate for your skip in a diet. So just focusing on the fats will not do and will eat you alive. Instead a good part of your diet has to focus on protein.
