The following terminlogy applies to these terms and conditions, privacy statment, any disclaimer and all other agreements: The terms ‘Clients’, ‘You’ and ‘Your’ are essentially referring to you, the person who is logging into this website; henceforth, complient to the terms and conditions of the website owner/parent company. The terms ‘My DOCtionary’, ‘Ourselves’, ‘We’, ‘Our’ and ‘Us’ are referring to our company. The terms ‘Parties’, ‘Party’ or ‘Us’ are referring to both clients (you) and company of this website. The use of these terms is interchangable when there is a change in capitalisation, plural or sungular meaning of these terms.

We hereby grant you the right to view and use My DOCtionary subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement. Costs:

The services provided by My Doctionary to the end user/client are free of charge; any costs pertaining to mobile data usage, call expense, etcetera, are the sole responsibility of the user.

Warranty:

My DOCtionary reiterates that the information provided is for reference purposes only and should not be interpreted as a recommendation for a specific treatment plan, product or course of action. The content should not be relied upon for specific medical advice for the client. We, at My DOCtionary, assume no responsibility for how you use the information provided through this service. It is the responsibility of the client to always seek the advice of their physician or other qualified health provider prior to starting any new treatment or with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition.

As a client, you exercise your own judgment when using or purchasing any product or selecting a health care professional through My DOCtionary or service linked to this website.

General Disclaimer:

• My DOCtionary does not take any responsibility as to the accuracy of the data provided by each health professional. The responsibility to upload data and accurate information is the responsibility of each health professional’s own. It is the duty of the user to carry out necessary checks before proceeding to book an appointment with any of the health professionals registered with My DOCtionary.
• The user acknowledges and accepts that My DOCtionary refers to paid services. For instance, when a reservation is made using My DOCtionary’s online appointment service, the user accepts that the health service provided by the health professional registered on My DOCtionary has to be paid for.
• It is to be noted that the charges/fee of health professionals, pharmacies and laboratory tests are listed on the website for information purposes only – the accuracy of such information however, is not guaranteed.
• All material including any link to other sites and content found at linked sites is provided "as is" and without any express or implied warranties including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Due to the nature of the Internet, we do not warrant that access to this Website or any of its pages will be uninterrupted or error free.

Limitation of Liability:

You agree by accessing this Website that under no circumstances or any theories of liability under international or civil or statutory law including but not limited to strict liability, negligence or other tort theories or contract, patent or copyright laws, will the operators be liable for damages of any kind occurring from the use of this Website or any information, goods or services obtained on this Website including direct, indirect, consequential, incidental, or punitive damages, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

User representations & responsibilities:
